Before launching Colossal Events, Peter Norman's experience spanned three decades and dozens of countries and he brings a unique combination of creativity and multinational business experience to event management. He has worked in the theatre as an actor, director, writer and producer in the UK (including the Edinburgh Fringe Festival as a Guest Artist at Oxford University, and on the London stage) and his native Canada; in global entertainment managing 16 markets spanning Europe, Latin America, Asia and Australia as a top movie studio executive launching some of the the world's biggest films across 26 markets including X-Men 1 & 2, the last three James Bond films featuring Pierce Brosnan and Episode 1 & 2 of the Star Wars Saga; and as the manager and promoter of a live entertainment venue featuring concerts, world class comedy, live theatre, corporate events, workshops. seminars, academic events, graduations and weddings.
He also works as a business and executive consultant, public and keynote speaker and as a trainer delivering seminars and workshops around the world. His years of production and event experience and his business background allow him to work closely with both clients and vendors to create exciting, visually stunning and entertaining events without losing sight of an organization's specific goals, the discipline of working within a budget and the need to produce a return on their investment.

Having worked as an executive and account manager for one of the UK's premiere marketing agencies with multinational clients including Microsoft, Intel, IBM & British Telecom, partner Jennifer Baird-Norman brings a wealth of experience in creating major events and world class promotion solutions that meet her clients' objectives while keeping projects on time and on budget. Her international experience has provided her with an understanding of the unique challenges and needs of clients from many countries and industries.
As an internationally experienced, Certified Wedding Planner Jennifer heads up the company's Wedding Solutions group working with clients at every budget level and ensuring that on their wedding day every couple can have whatever their heart desires. She has developed a varied network of exceptional, creative, talented and reliable vendors and partners who work with her to give clients a range of choices and ideas to fit every taste and budget.
Jennifer speaks regularly about wedding planning and the challenges facing people as they begin to plan their special day. In response to the increasing need for many couples to get qualified professional advice, Jennifer presents a series of interactive webinars which provide participants with the opportunity to speak with an expert for much less than it would cost to sit down one-on-one. Her online classes give those who take part the opportunity to understand the wedding planning process, building a personal wedding plan as part of the course and once completed providing participants with the ongoing support and tools to make their own dream wedding a reality.
